How we handle your personal data

This document describes, in plain language, what information we collect, for what purpose, how long we keep it, and what rights you can exercise over it. It is written following Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act (Law 25.326) and its complementary regulations in force as of 2026.
1. Data controller
Inversionesclaras S.R.L., CUIT 30-71824593-1, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, 6th floor, C1043AAN, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the controller of your personal data. You can contact us at contacto@inversionesclaras.com for any question related to this policy.
2. Data we collect
When you complete the site's form, we collect only the data necessary to respond to your request: full name, email address and the message you choose to include. When you visit the site, we may record anonymous technical data (e.g., browser type, preferred language, general country of connection) only if you have given consent for analytics cookies.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used exclusively to process your request, send you reference information related to the service and, only with your explicit authorization, to send you operational updates. Under no circumstances is it used for automated decisions that produce legal effects on you.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your free, express and informed consent, given when completing the form, and on the legitimate interest of operating and improving the site. You may withdraw consent at any time without retroactive effect.
5. Data retention
We retain contact data for a maximum period of 24 months from the last interaction, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it for longer. Anonymous technical logs are kept for a maximum of 14 months.
6. Recipients and transfers
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share it only with infrastructure and email providers acting under confidentiality agreements, and with competent authorities when there is a formal legal requirement. We do not carry out international transfers outside countries that offer an adequate level of protection.
7. Your rights (ARCO)
You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and opposition, by writing to contacto@inversionesclaras.com with the subject 'ARCO Rights'. We respond within the 10 calendar days established by Law 25.326. The Access to Public Information Agency is the competent supervisory authority.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data, including encryption in transit, access controls and activity logs. No measure is foolproof, but we periodically review our processes.
9. Minors
The service is aimed at people over 18 years of age. If we detect data from a minor received without authorization, we delete it without delay.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect operational or regulatory changes. We will publish the current version on this page, indicating the date of the last update. Substantial changes will be communicated by email where appropriate.
